Xiaomi launched the Mi Notebook Pro X 15 featuring an OLED display, a aluminium body design and 11th Generation Intel Core Processors. The laptop is designed as the company’s newest premium laptop after the Mi Notebook Pro 14 and Mi Notebook Pro 15 that both were launched earlier this year. Both configurations are currently available. The pre-bookings in China, with the shipments beginning from July 9.

The Mi Notebook Pro X 15 features Windows 10 Home and comes with a 15.6 inch Samsung E4 OLED display with (3,456×2,160 pixels) resolution. It has a pixel density of 261 PPI (pixels per inch). The display has 600 nits of peak brightness and is surrounded by thin 4.03mm thin bezels and Xiaomi says it achieves 91% screen-to-body ratio. It offers Gorilla Glass protection and full DCI-P3 color gamut coverage. The laptop weighs around 1.9kg but manages to keep the thickness up to 18.47mm in its thickest point. backlit keyboard with a key travel of 1.3mm and a built-in ambient light sensor that allows the machine to automatically adjust the lighting of the keyboard as well as the display as per the environment.
The laptop comes with the 11th generation Intel Core processors with i5 and i7 variants. The laptop runs on windows 10 home. For graphically-intensive tasks, configurations go up to Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti with 4GB of GDDR6 VRAM. It comes with up to 32GB LPDDR4X RAM, with up to 1TB PCIe storage. The laptop houses four speaker units that are backed by DTS audio. You’ll also get a 2×2 microphone array as well as a built-in 720p webcam for video conferencing. It has provided an 80Whr battery on the laptop. The laptop is also paired with a 130W USB Type-C power adapter that is claimed to charge 50 percent of the battery available on the Mi Notebook Pro X 15 in 25 minutes.
In terms of connectivity, the laptop has Bluetooth v.5.2 and Wi-Fi 6 as well as two USB-A 3.2 Gen 2, USB Type-C, Thunderbolt 4, 3.5mm headphone jack, and an HDMI 2.1 port. There is also a fingerprint sensor embedded within the power key for one-key boot and unlock functionality.
Mi Notebook Pro X 15 pricing:
The laptop has been set at 7,999 CNY (i.e. Rs 92,100) for the 11th-generation Intel Core i5-11300H processor variant with 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD storage. The high-end Intel Core i7-11370H processor, along with 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD storage cost around CNY 9,999 (i.e. Rs. 1,15,100). Both variants are currently available in China for pre-booking and shipments for the same will begin from July 9.
However, details regarding the global availability and pricing of the laptop are yet to be announced.
